Dark Chocolate with Plums Soaked in Pălincă — 40 g
Handcrafted in Idicel Pădure, Transylvania, using specialty cacao with a minimum cocoa content of 70%. The chocolate is tempered by hand for a smooth texture and a clean snap. Before being incorporated into the chocolate, the dried plums are soaked for five days in pălincă, a traditional Romanian fruit spirit, giving them a rich flavour with a subtle alcoholic note.
No colourings or artificial flavourings.
Ingredients: cocoa minimum 70%, sugar, cocoa butter, dried plums soaked in pălincă, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk powder, nuts and soy. The manufacturer's label uses the Romanian term “alune” without specifying the type.
Net weight: 40 g.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Best before: see date printed on the packaging.
