2. Products Sold

The products presented on the website www.wondersofromania.com are sold to both individuals and legal entities, in accordance with these GTC and subject to stock availability.

Information displayed on the website regarding product availability is indicative and does not create binding obligations for the seller. The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent by the seller, either by email or by phone.

Product images are for presentation purposes only and minor differences may occur compared to the delivered products. Prices displayed are expressed in RON and do not include delivery costs, which will be displayed separately in the “Delivery” section.

The seller reserves the right to change product prices, except for orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders

3.1 Online Orders

Orders may be placed through the website www.wondersofromania.com by creating a user account and providing the required information.

3.2 Offline Orders

Telephone orders are accepted at the phone number displayed on the website. Telephone orders produce legal effects only after written confirmation by the seller.

4. Payment Terms and Methods

Payment for products may be made using the following methods:

a) online payment via an authorized payment processor (Stripe);
b) cash on delivery;
c) bank transfer to the company’s account;
d) other methods expressly agreed upon by the parties.

5. Product Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum of 7 business days for orders within Romania and 10 business days for international orders.

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer. Delivery is carried out via courier service. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or post offices are not available.

6. Conditions Applicable to Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, without penalties and without providing a reason.

Customized, made-to-order, or perishable products are not eligible for return.

7. Personal Data

CREATIVITY TOUR 3D SRL processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website www.wondersofromania.com.

8. General Clauses

Use of the website www.wondersofromania.com, creation of a user account, and placement of orders imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute arising between CREATIVITY TOUR 3D SRL and the customer shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
